This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a purchase made from 247TechTeam. It applies to one-time services, support packages, and subscription plans sold on 247techteam.com.
1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests received after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day window, email Support@247techteam.com or call +1 (888) 549-0702 with the following:
- Your order number and the email address on the order.
- The service or plan you are requesting a refund for.
- A short description of the reason for the request.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds generally appear in 5-10 business days after the refund is processed. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will coordinate an alternative method of equal value.
4. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly. Disputed charges can delay refund processing.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself trigger a refund of amounts already paid; refund eligibility is still governed by the 30-day window described in Section 1.
6. Taxes and Processor Fees
Where applicable law allows, non-refundable payment processor fees may be excluded from the refunded amount. Taxes collected on the original purchase are refunded together with the eligible portion of the purchase price.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date and will apply to purchases made on or after that date.
